EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
Work-related stress is a normal response to the demands and challenges of the workplace. While short periods of stress can help you stay focused and perform effectively, ongoing or excessive stress can impact your mental wellbeing and may contribute to conditions such as anxiety or depression, or worsen existing conditions.
At Karlka Recruiting Group, we are committed to supporting your wellbeing. If you feel you could benefit from additional support, our confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all workers.
To access the EAP or learn more about the service, please contact your friendly KRG Consultant.
The Anna Centre
All employees and their immediate families can access the EAP at any time during and a period after their employment with KRG.
Immediate family includes wife, husband, partner, de facto, sons and daughters.
There is no requirement for Employees to advise their supervisor, manager, or KRG that they are accessing EAP.

When calling out of hours, leave a short voicemail message and The Anna Centre will promptly return your call.
Please note: Couples counselling is not covered under the EAP, should you request these services approval for the service and costs will be sought from KRG before commencing sessions.
