Laetitia Wood

Laetitia is the Recruitment Director at Karlka Recruiting Group. Laetitia began her recruitment journey in 2014 sourcing blue-collar candidates for FIFO positions. In this position, she learnt the foundations of recruitment in a fast-paced environment recruiting General Hands, Utility Workers and Chefs for large mining sites in the QLD Surat basin. She then progressed to a Recruitment Consultant position where she specialised in white-collar recruitment, predominantly for the Public Service.

Since 2016 Laetitia has worked as the Recruitment Director at Karlka Recruiting Group. She is the central point of contact for all Karlka Recruiting Group clients and provides guidance and support to our incredible recruitment team. Laetitia finds great satisfaction in knowing that her work is positively contributing to the economy and benefiting the lives and well-being of Australia’s first people.
