Te Aroha Sinokula

Te Aroha joined Karlka Recruiting Group in late 2024 as a Recruitment Administrator. After completing her Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources, she now works as a graduate Recruitment Consultant, helping people find opportunities that support their growth and career goals.

In her current role, Te Aroha manages end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. She prides herself on her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Te Aroha is committed to creating positive recruitment experiences and helping both candidates and clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new places, and enjoying good food and company.
