About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Client Service Officer. This position is located in their busy Parramatta NSW office for an initial contract until the 25/10/2024. 
  
About the Position
Responsible for delivering high quality customer services that are reliable, timely. The Client Service Officer is responsible for managing a customer caseload to deliver financial management services to customers and make decisions on their behalf.

Duties

• Develop strategies and make financial decisions for customers, including long-term planning.
• Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and aspirations.
• Address customer and stakeholder concerns, resolving issues across government services.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic, and timely services in line with Customer Excellence Principles.
• Collaborate with Estate Planning & Administration and government divisions for customer-focused outcomes.
• Use systems and processes to manage customer matters and suggest improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to senior officers and discuss progress on decisions and administration.
