Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Systems Administrator. This position is located in their busy George Street office for an initial from 14/10/2024 – 12/10/2025 (possible extensions)
  
About the Position
As our Systems Administrator, you are responsible for providing friendly and expedient system administrative support to clients within the department and partner agencies for enterprise business applications, particularly for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS D365) applications.

Duties

  • Assist clients with basic and intermediate issues, especially with MS D365 applications.
  • Work with different teams and vendors to solve problems and meet service standards.
  • Write and update clear instructions and procedures.
  • Suggest ways to improve business applications to meet changing needs.
  • Help with system upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
  • Work with senior staff to manage system changes and releases.
  • Help handle system-related issues and emergencies.
  • Track and assign incoming support requests, including after-hours support if needed.
  • Join in on projects to enhance systems and support business needs.
  • Follow ethical standards, ensure a safe workplace, and support diversity and teamwork.

Requirements/Skills

  • Experience with MS D365 applications.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple applications in a busy environment.
  • Understanding of system support, administration, business analysis, and application design.
  • Ability to quickly learn business processes.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with various audiences.
  • Flexible and innovative in a changing environment.
  • Experience with rostering and on-call support is a plus.
