Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a Master Scheduler. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial contract until 25/05/2025
About the Position
An experienced program master scheduler is required to support the implementation of an integrated delivery schedule that is aligned with corporate scheduling practices.
Duties
- Support the development and maintenance of the integrated program schedule and project schedules
- Support the monitoring and control of program and project schedules
- Tracking progress, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
- Prepare schedule reports and presentations
- Mentor and build capability in staff regarding integrated program and project schedules, actively facilitating knowledge transfer.
Requirements/Skills
- Proven experience in program scheduling, specifically in complex structures
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Project.
- Ability to mentor and train others.
- Baseline Security Clearance required
