About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a Change Manager. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial 12-month contract.
  
About the Position
The role requires an energetic Business Change Manager to drive change across a range of policy, operational and technology initiatives.  Using the department’s internal change management framework, you will partner with project teams to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.

Duties

  • Design, create and deliver key communication activities and keep stakeholders informed
  • Undertake change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis to understand change needs
  • Work with subject matter experts to help them design, build and deliver training that equips users to adopt to new ways of working
  • Embed all change management tasks into project schedules to ensure seamless delivery
  • Collect and analyse data to gauge how prepared users are for the change

Requirements/Skills

  •  Hold a Positive Vetting Security clearance is essential
  •  Have a recognised change management qualification or certification eg. PROSCI etc
  • 5 + years of hands-on change management experience
