Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Leadership & Engagement Specialist. This position is located in their busy Sydney office for an initial contract until 31st January 2026.
  
About the Position
The purpose of the role is the development, review and implementation of learning and development strategies, programs and practices to develop the capability of the department’s workforce to operate effectively in alignment with business strategy and capability plans.  You would be responsible for managing the delivery of leadership and capability programs throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Duties

• Develop, implement and manage the development of leadership learning and development plan, ensuring strategic organisational priorities are met
• Engage with stakeholder and program portfolios with the business and provide expert advice to drive learning outcomes
• Facilitate learning and development programs and work collaboratively with service providers to design and develop curriculum solutions
• Evaluate learning and development program course and outcomes 

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline/and or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Experience in leading development and implementation and evaluation of learning strategies for leadership and management programs
