Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Senior Business Analyst. This position is located in their busy Adelaide office for an initial 6 month contract.
  
About the Position
The Senior Business Analyst is required to support a major public sector transformation program focused on safety and compliance systems. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders to deliver business analysis, documentation, and project support.

Duties

• Lead business requirements gathering
• Develop business cases and briefs
• Prepare tender and procurement documents
• Collaborate with project stakeholders
• Facilitate solution design sessions 

Requirements/Skills

• 3+ years in business analysis
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with complex systems projects
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
