Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Project Manager. This position is based in their busy Parramatta office for an initial contract from ASAP until 26/04/2026.
  
About the Position
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple residential construction projects from planning through to completion. This role involves managing budgets, timelines, and contractors, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. It’s a hands-on position ideal for someone experienced in managing several small-scale projects simultaneously.

Duties

• Oversee residential construction projects
• Manage multiple sites concurrently
• Prepare and review tender documents
• Track budgets, risks, and timelines
• Liaise with internal project teams

Requirements/Skills

• Ability to travel and possible overnight stays
• Residential construction experience essential
• Strong project lifecycle knowledge
• Ability to manage 10–20 projects at one time
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
