About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a CRM Solution Architect. This position is located in multiple offices across ACT, VIC & NSW for an initial 12 month contract.
  
About the Position
The CRM Solution Architect will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the organisation’s future digital architecture. This role provides an opportunity to lead technical strategy, support agile delivery, and contribute to innovative digital programs.

Duties

• Design Microsoft Dynamics solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional architecture teams
• Oversee enterprise ICT landscape
• Advise on technical strategies
• Support agile development delivery

Requirements/Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Strong cyber security knowledge
• Experience with .NET Core, Azure
• Problem-solving and systems analysis
• Excellent technical communication skills
