Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Automation Test Analyst. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial 8-month contract, with possible extensions.

  
About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Automation Test Analyst with expertise in the Tricentis TOSCA suite. This role is critical to enhancing the quality and reliability of digital services through robust test automation practices. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions that support strategic objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance on TOSCA capabilities and automation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with government standards for security, privacy, and accessibility

Requirements/Skills

• Demonstrated experience with Tricentis TOSCA.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
• Experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Government ICT policies is desirable.
• Relevant IT or Software Engineering qualifications.
