Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Local Government Agency to engage a Business Partner (Human Resources). This position is located in their busy Noosa office for an initial contract from 24/11/2025 until 20/02/2026.
About the Position
The Business Partner provides expert HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, helping leaders and teams achieve high performance. This role leads and contributes to people and culture initiatives, ensuring best practice, compliance, and a positive organisational culture.
Duties
- Provide HR advice and guidance
- Lead people and culture initiatives
- Manage recruitment and workforce planning
- Support employee relations and wellbeing
- Conduct investigations and resolve disputes
Requirements/Skills
- HR tertiary qualification required
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Project and change management skills
- Conflict resolution and negotiation ability
