Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a Product Owner. This position is located in their busy Barton office for an initial 12 month contract.

About the Position
The Product Owner will play a key role in guiding the vision and development of important business systems within a complex operational environment. They will collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet organisational needs and deliver meaningful, high-value outcomes.

Duties

Define product vision and roadmap
Prioritise and refine product backlog
Gather and analyse requirements
Oversee end-to-end delivery
Coordinate with technical teams

Requirements/Skills

Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance Mandatory
Proven product ownership experience
Strong Agile methodology knowledge
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage priorities
