About the company
Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an EL1 Platform Architect. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial 12-month contract.
About the Position
The role would see you design, implement and evolve the infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud) that support an organisation’s IT systems.
Duties
- Define and maintain departmental IdAM policies, standards, and architectural patterns that align with organisational security requirements and government frameworks (eg. PSPF, ISM)
- Develop architectural artefacts, including identity and access management (IdAM) solution designs, roadmaps, capability models, technical evaluations and reference architectures
- Design and implement secure and scalable IdAM platforms and services, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Entra ID B2C
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of identity lifecycle management capabilities
- Analyse, investigate, and respond to IdAM-related cyber security incidents and risks, ensuring root causes are addressed and mitigation strategies implemented
Requirements/Skills
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following architecture domains: Security; Data/Information; Identity and Access Management; Integration
