About the Position
The Customer Resolution Representative will deliver fair, timely, and customer focused dispute resolution services in line with legislative and organisational requirements. The role involves managing high volumes of customer enquiries, primarily via phone, while ensuring accurate assessment and resolution of complaints.
Duties
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
