Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Cultural and Pathways Governance Co-Ordinator. This position is located in their busy Canberra office for an initial 6 month contract.
About the Position
The Cultural and Pathways Governance Co-Ordinator provides executive support and coordinates governance and pathways initiatives for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander programs.
Duties
- Coordinate cultural governance initiatives
- Draft briefs and executive documents
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Track program delivery and outcomes
- Support meetings and secretariat tasks
Requirements/Skills
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander mandatory
- High-level written communication skills
- Strong organisational and coordination ability
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently
