Sang Nguyen-Pham

Sang has a keen interest in helping people and supporting their success. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Human Resources. She began her career as a General Administrator and Personal Assistant. After completing her degree, Sang was promoted and took on the role of Recruitment Consultant for Karlka Recruiting Group. Today Sang is the Senior Recruitment Manager.

In her role, Sang works alongside the Recruitment Director to manage the recruitment team, prepare audits and perform general business management duties. She is still involved in recruitment activities and enjoys helping people find work and matching candidates and clients. Sang loves the team and culture at Karlka. Sang also loves to travel and eat good food.
