David Kennedy

David joined Karlka Recruiting Group in 2025 as part of the growing Scribing Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) from Flinders University with First Class Honours in Agricultural Biotechnology, completing his PhD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the University of Adelaide School of Medicine in 2023. David’s strong grounding in academia allows for his easy navigation of corporate processes to achieve positive outcomes within a highly regulated environment, having previously worked as a researcher and in digital health. He thrives developing policy and processes in his role, solving complex problems through lateral thinking, project development and delivery and communicates complex ideas in a way anyone can understand.

Outside of work, David enjoying experimenting with brew ingredients and hiking to remote locations.

David’s strong collaborative spirit underpins a belief that the most exciting developments emerge from input across multiple viewpoints and experiences.
