Hayden Condely

Hayden joined Karlka Recruiting Group in 2024. He has a keen interest in all things related to people and culture. This interest started during his time in retail management and business ownership, and it ultimately led him to complete a Bachelor of Business Management (majoring in Human Resources) and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology and Anthropology), at the University of Queensland.

Having studied diverse cultures in his Anthropology major, Hayden has developed a special interest in culture and diversity. He is especially appreciative of the rich and diverse array of cultures that have existed in Australia for over 60,000 years and is proud to work for an organisation that helps support our First Peoples.

Hayden thrives on learning new things and is focused on being the best recruitment consultant he can be. He loves to be challenged and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

Outside of work, you will find Hayden tinkering on his cars, riding motorcycles, or (attempting to) write a novel.
